Inside Rand Paul’s 2025 Report on Federal Government’s Waste
The Trump administration has recently unveiled the rampant fraud in federal funds spent in Minnesota, mostly by the Somali immigrants in the Minneapolis area. Those funds were issued to states during the Biden administration with no real oversight. But the federal spending under the Trump administration itself is far from responsible or free of waste. A year-end report by Republican Senator Rand Paul shows that 2025 was also a year of waste in federal spending under the Trump administration.
A couple days before Christmas, Senator Paul shared a link to his report on his X page with the short message that the wasteful federal spending for 2025 stands at an unbelievable $1.6 trillion. He wrote: “Read the report, air your grievances, and let us know which items are your favorite.”
The details of the report strike as a hard blow to the fiscally conservative Americans who were hoping to cut most if not all waste in federal spending. Of the $1.6 trillion of government’s waste, $1.2 trillion is the interest the United States is to pay on its national debt, which by now has reached $40 trillion from the $36 trillion when Biden left the White House.
Many other unnecessary and even objectionable programs and projects were funded with the taxpayer money, particularly leftist-globalist programs that are supposed to belong in the liberal worldview. For example, USAID gave the nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance $54 million to collect bat coronaviruses and transport them to Wuhan for gain-of-function experiments, that is, Dr. Fauci’s gain-of-function scheme.
For another bite of surprise mixed with disappointment, the Human Health Services (HHS) spent over $40 million on influencers to promote getting vaccinated against COVID-19 for racial and ethnic minority groups.
Then come the torturous experiments on lab pups, for which Fauci was slammed, and rightfully so. The Festivus Report revealed that the NIH has continued funding for Fauci’s beagle experiments with another $13.8 million despite promises by RFK Jr. to end these inhumane experiments. Another $5 million plus were spent – again – on dosing dogs with cocaine. Fox News commentators condemned the continued use of animals in such awful lab work.
In foreign spending, the Trump administration spent a $20 of bailout package on Argentina whose libertarian leader Javier Milei has won the approval of conservative leaders in the west for his austerity measures but has failed to get his country out of its economic woes. The government also gave nearly $245,000 to Pakistan for producing a climate change cartoon for kids and $2 million for gender-based activism in Guatemala.
Much of this wasteful spending was initiated during the Biden administration but some has continued into the Trump presidency without any accountability. Senator Paul gave President Trump credit for cutting billions in wasteful foreign spending but commented that it barely scratches the surface of this problem:
For the first time in 50 years, President Trump deployed a pocket rescission, cancelling $5 billion in foreign aid and international organization funding. While it’s a good start, it’s just a drop in the bucket.
On December 30, Republican Congressman Eric Burlison of Missouri shared a clip of his video interview on Newsmax wherein he decried the federal government throwing $200 billion a year to waste, fraud, and abuse.

Hey, Joe, there’s a BUSTED in here. Can you prove my lie? I am betting you can’t.
Rand Paul puts out a Federal Government fraud report for 2025 that our resident Pakistani demon, code-named as an Irish guy, Dempsey, just can’t run with the report, he must take a swipe at immigrants, Democrats and Biden along the way. All for things Rand says are done in 2025, on Trump’s watch. This devil-dog can’t help but lie as is his way: BUSTED. Hey Joe, you prove that I am lying to call Dempsey a liar, and BUSTED for it, again…..
The real question is why does Dempsey lie, why does he do it again? Paul does not disparage Democrats in the report, he does not call out Biden. Why? The report covers 2025 when Trump is President, Team Dempsey holds the Senate, the House, the SCOTUS, but Dempsey still blames Democrats for things being done on Republican’s watch. I think he gets horny by feeding his readers bull. Does he really think you all are that stupid to swallow his swill?
He claims: “The Trump administration has recently unveiled the rampant fraud in federal funds spent in Minnesota, mostly by the Somali immigrants in the Minneapolis area.” His lies continue, unabated as he spews: “The funds were issued to states during the Biden administration with no real oversight.” Except if was Biden, not Trump that uncovered this and brought 80 to court. Except that the fraud started in 2020, under Trump 1.0, with the first charges brought in 2022 during Biden’s reign. Trump found nothing, did nothing during 2020. The payment freeze began in 2021, under Joe Biden. The fraudulent payments started with Trump’s 2020 programs. FBI raids started in 2022, under Biden. The main ringleader is a white woman, born n bred American in MN. She is clearly not Somali. The Trump outing was by Nick Shirley, an anti-immigrant Youtube hunter. Team Trump has capitalized on this conspiracist outing to fuel his revenge and retribution on Walz culminating in his whitewashing of the shooting in the face of a mother of three, shot in the face, execution style violation of the basic codes of conduct for DHS and DOJ police. Hopefully Don will issue an EO specifying not to step in front of moving vehicles. Others in the MN Trump Covid era program welfare fraud beyond the white woman at the top, amongst the 80 or so arrested are of Somali descent of which, on average, over 60% of MN Somali Americans are born in America. Somali descent, not born in Somalia. I think that’s even more heinous, but certainly Dempsey is BUSTED on his allegations that it’s all under Biden, and all Somali immigrants and somehow “unveiled by Trump.” Those are Dempsey lies. PERIOD. And for what: for Dempsey to somehow link Biden to Rand Paul’s report on Trump’s Federal Government waste. The report tallies 1.6T in waste, 1.22 of it is interest on the debt, a dubious claim that all debt is waste. No doubt Rand got his house for free, by his Dad; the rest of us have a mortgage proving the possibility that some debt is not wasteful. Just saying there’s some spin here. I do think our debt is too high, but waving red flags while baying like a dog at the moon is not productive. In fiscal year 2025, we paid 980B to service the debt. When you factor in interest payments to the Fed; it’s 1.2T when you extract payments: spin. But still awful. More important is that we pay 3.38% interest; 2024 it was 3.35. Debt in itself is not waste, what you get for the debt may be. As in, if I borrow at 3.38%, but make 5% on the investment; I will take that deal all day long. Doubt that is the case, but neither is Paul’s contention that all debt is waste.
Bottom line: Dempsey lies many times over; worse yet, his current journey against the truth has little to do with Paul’s report on waste that mentions none of what Dempsey spews in his most recent, gratuitous, waste of additional information not germane to the rest of his story, and deceitful, as is his way.
Paul does point out a lot of waste, but some of it is bogus libertarian blindness. He’s a good man, interesting ideas, but tends to go overboard and miss some forests for the trees. IMO, he’s a great guy to have at the table in the Senate, and speaks to the value of having long term players there, if they prove their worth, as Rand does more often than not. Dempsey: he’s a liar that seems to hate half of his adopted country.
Who cares, danger? Your last sentence describes you because you are more than full of pure unadulterated hate with more hate thrown in for you to hurt more and more people.
Somebody: who have I hurt and how? By pointing out the truth? I have proved Dempsy’s lies on this; can you say different. With evidence?
Dempsey teed of on Democrats, Biden, with all lies in a story about Rand Pau’s waste report that does not pick on Democrats or Biden. Matter of fact, there’s plenty of waste from all. And his accusations are lies, the evidence is shown above.
Come at me with facts and leave the personal stuff at home.
