Immigrant Democrat Judge Arrested and Charged for Faking Racist Online Attacks
It seems America is not running out of fake racist attacks staged by liberals anytime soon. For encore of Jussie Smollett’s 2019 fiasco, a Texas county judge with an immigrant background was recently arrested for faking racist attacks on social media that he claimed were directed against him.
Meet KP George, the Fort Bend County Judge, who grew up in a poor South Indian village until getting a visa to the United States in 1993. In May 2021, ABC News featured George in a typically liberal race-baiting story as the first person of color as well as the first foreign-born person to serve as Fort Bend County Judge. The story also claimed then that George was one of the people affected by an increase in attacks on Asian-Americans in the United States and had been asked to get safety measures.
Three years down the road, George has been investigated, arrested, and indicted for faking his identity on social media to claim he was the target of racist attacks. The Texas-based Community Impact reported on Thursday (September 26) that Fort Bend County Grand Jury indicted County Judge George on charges of “misrepresenting his identity in September 2022 with intent to injure a candidate or influence the November 2022 election, according to Fort Bend County court records.”
The case was sealed immediately to hide details from the public. But some important information is known as it dates back to the activities involving George’s former chief of staff Taral Patel earlier this year. Patel, the Democratic candidate for Precinct 3 commissioner, was arrested in June this year and indicted in September for online “impersonation and misinterpretation of identity.” Taral had created a fake Facebook profile with a fake name and a picture of a Needville resident who had no connection to the account. Through the fake profile, Taral made racist posts targeting himself and George in what appears to be a coordinated scheme of fake racism for political mileage in elections.
The same day as George’s indictment made news, Trever Nehls, former Republican candidate for Fort Bend County Judge and George’s political rival, posted his message of condemnation of such fake racism by the immigrant Democrat judge:
The indictment of KP George reveals a deeply disturbing pattern of behavior that has no place in our county or our democracy. The fact that our current County Judge allegedly conspired to spread fake racist posts, not only to smear my character but also to manipulate voters and distort the truth, is a stain on our community and our political process. This is not only an attack on me personally but an attack on every voter who deserves a fair and transparent election.
George has been charged with a Class A misdemeanor that carries a one-year prison sentence and/or a fine of up to $4,000. It is obvious that his punishment depends on the political leaning of the court hearing the case. Both George and Patel await trials for their charges. But despite many calls for him to resign, including calls from county officials, George is defying the condemnation and refuses to step down.
This is a fineable misdemeanor, he won’t do time. Trump trumps that charge with his conviction on 34 felony charges. If you look at the Trump administration, his business associates, he has racked up more impeachments, indictments, and convictions than any Democratic President in history. But go ahead, compare that to a county judge, county commissioner in Texas.
Stranger danger – Hi Frank.
He’s baaaaaack. I knew that idiot Frank would be posting again. What a dumbass.
