Deranged Leftists in Media Talk about Assassinating Trump
Realizing that they cannot lock him up so easily before November 2024 despite the Democrat-run lawfare in kangaroo courts, the rabid leftists in media have started talking about assassinating President Trump.
On Monday, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) issued the important ruling on presidential immunity in the legal battle over President Trump’s challenge to the results of the 2020 presidential election over widespread reports of election fraud. The SCOTUS ruling determined that President Trump has – what Reuters called – “broad immunity from prosecution” in all the actions he took in his capacity as the U.S. president.
The SCOTUS ruling dealt a big blow to Trump-haters who are desperate to see him jailed before this November’s presidential election. Their desperation went on steroids after the June 27 debacle of Joe Biden’s pathetic performance in the first presidential debate. Then the leftist propaganda website HuffPost did something hideous though not shocking by any means. The site posted an article about the SCOTUS ruling under the title “Supreme Court Gives Joe Biden The Legal OK To Assassinate Donald Trump.”
The article title came as a textbook example of fake news, something HuffPost and other leftist media have championed over the years. Yet more alarming is the hint that the publication is suggesting that it’s alright now to assassinate President Trump. The article cited leftists critical of the SCOTUS ruling and interpreting it as a license to kill one’s political rival. But HuffPost went out of its way to specifically talk of the imaginary scenario of assassinating President Trump. It reached out to Matthew Seligman, a fellow at the Center for Constitutional Law at Stanford Law School for a comment, and wrote:
As to whether he thinks the court just gave Biden the OK to assassinate Trump, Seligman said, “I don’t think Joe Biden would ever do something like that.”
Conservatives instantly reacted to the headline and posted the HuffPost story to X (Twitter) with questions and comments critical of the publication. The X post was reported by conservatives on the platform to the management for inciting violence. At the time of this writing, the post remains on the platform and has received well over a million views.
On Tuesday (July 2), The Western Journal reported that many social media users have reported HuffPost to the FBI as well as the Secret Service for running “the most dangerous headline in American history.”
But HuffPost wasn’t the only leftist source to bring up a scenario of President Trump’s assassination. The same day of the SCOTUS ruling, a deranged anti-Trumper working at the BBC asked Joe Biden in clear terms to have President Trump assassinated. David Aaronovitch, a show host on the BBC, posted on X:
“If I was Biden I’d hurry up and have Trump murdered on the basis that he is a threat to America’s security.”
The post drew instant backlash from conservatives in Britain and abroad, leading Aaronovitch to delete his post. In self-defense, Aaronovitch claimed that his post was satire and nothing serious. Conservatives have since shared screenshots of the post to point out that people like Aaronovitch are infected with TDS – or Trump Derangement Syndrome, a term coined by conservatives to describe extreme hatred of President Trump to the point of turning the haters into lunatics.
Can someone send the whacky packi packing? This sub-journalist has no standing, beyond anyone else, of even having an opinion. And he certainly has few journalistic skills, probably a degree in marketing.
ED: the SCOTUS decision and dissention covered this topic, using the term MURDER, in the court papers numerous times in descriptions just like this. All this author did was add a name. Biden’s name has been used numerous times as well.

I do believe that the left would take out Trump if they can. The political assassinations in America have mostly been carried out by leftists. They are more prone to use violence to advance their agenda. There was nothing peaceful about the summer of Floyd riots. There’s politicians who have been suggesting violence. As far as I can tell, the Summer of Floyd assassinated no one. That is what’s known as a red-herring deflection.

There were 30 Democrats assassinated and with the same assumption, 30 Republican assassinators. Moscone, Milk, Long, Kennedy, Kennedy, for the Dems. And Garfield, Lincoln, McKinley, for the ass hat.
Congress members were shot, not assassinated.
