Trump Prosecutor Turns Out to be Biden Donor

“Politically motivated, tainted prosecution to the point of being a farce,” wrote Rachel Emmanuel of The Western Journal on Monday (August 07, 2023) about the legal war waged against President Trump for an openly political mission by Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) – deter him from reclaiming the White House in 2024.

In the latest episode of revelations exposing the political designs of DOJ’s pursuit of Trump, one of the prosecuting attorneys for the DOJ has been revealed as a loyal Democrat donor.

The Washington Examiner reported on Saturday (August 05, 2023) that David Rody donated $5,600 to Biden’s 2020 campaign while donating $7,000 to other Democrat causes over four years, from 2018 to 2022. The details of Rody’s donations have come out in his campaign finance disclosures.

Among the beneficiaries of Rody’s campaign donations are Vice President Kamala Harris, Democrat Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey, and Democrat Congressman Dan Goldman of New York. Goldman was the lead counsel in the first impeachment inquiry against Trump.

The story also revealed more about Rody’s political and professional past as the head of the Violent Crimes unit in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New York’s Southern District.

In 2022, he joined the DOJ as a senior counsel in the criminal division and is now one of the several attorneys advising Special Counsel Jack Smith in his prosecution of President Trump that has widely been condemned by conservatives as a political witch hunt.

Meanwhile, the criminal actions of federal agencies against President Trump’s presidency and person continue to be revealed. On Monday, The Washington Times reported that former FBI official Charles McGonigal is set to plead guilty to charges of colluding with Russia while part of being his agency’s probe into President Trump’s alleged Russian collusion – a political campaign against Trump that has since been debunked as a hoax and conspiracy run by the FBI in collusion with Democrats.

The report informs that McGonigal is facing four criminal charges, one of which is illegally accepting payments for his work with Oleg Deripaska, a sanctioned Russian oligarch.

Mr. McGonigal faces multiple criminal charges related to allegedly violating U.S. sanctions by taking payments from Mr. Deripaska in exchange for investigating a rival Russian oligarch.

Tom Fittom of Judicial Watch tweeted the story link on Tuesday.

In the courtroom itself, President Trump is set to face a hostile Democrat judge, Tanya Sue Chutkan, a Jamaican immigrant appointed by former President Barack Obama.

Chutkan is known to have donated $4,300 to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and “victory fund” before Obama appointed her a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in December 2013.

On Sunday, President Trump said his lawyers will ask for the recusal of Judge Chutkan since there is no way he can get a fair trial in her court.

Is it against the law to contribute to political campaigns? Is it wrong to investigate people based on their meeting with Russians? Since that’s what happened to this fellow, I doubt it.

As far as what happened; we have both the 2019 FBI Watchdog report and the 2023 Dunham Report. This adds nothing new at this point.

I think if all DOJ is to be without political contributions, we are violating our Constitution in some manner. And where do we stop? Local police? Dogcatcher? Tax man.

Adjudicate this man and let’s move on.

You have to wonder why republicans keep saying that the investigations into trump are ‘politically motivated’ when the evidence that he committed these crimes is out in the open for everyone to see, and yet the investigation into the current President are characterized by a lot of hand waving for evidence but those investigations are ‘valid’. I would also question Urnst as to who debunked the Russia investigation as a ‘hoax’? That certainly wasn’t the conclusion of the Mueller report (I know-conservatives are not interested in facts, just sound bites that sound good to their ignorant base). Then we get to the association of an FBI investigator with Oleg deripeska-if my memory serves me, his claim to fame was ties to Paul mana fort-trump campaign manager. Wouldn’t that indicate that the FBI agent was likely to be predisposed toward trump since he and the former campaign manager had similar corrupt associations? I guess the issues of a fair trial with judge Chutkan are more concerning than the issues with judge cannon, who is obviously in trumps pocket due to the number of decisions that have been reversed with regard to trump. Just another day of republican BS, this time from Urnst….
