Former DNC employee Seth Rich was shot and killed last summer, just 12 days before WikiLeaks published a batch of emails exposing Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s efforts to help Hillary Clinton win the party’s nomination.
The emails, which are believed to have been leaked by Rich, forced Wasserman Schultz to resign during the height of the primaries.
It’s been nearly a year since Rich was murdered (assassinated?), but the Washington police have no suspects and no leads. As I wrote in May, the private investigator hired by Seth’s family has complained that both the DC police and FBI have refused to cooperate with him.
Now, multiple reports claim that Wasserman Schultz was able to get her brother Steven to shut down the case; her brother has the power to do so because he just so happens to be Assistant US Attorney at the Attorney’s office for the District of Colombia.
Radio talk show host Dave Hodges calls the situation “an amazing conflict of interest.” He theorizes that Rich must have been in contact with Beranton Whisenant Jr., a federal prosecutor who was looking into DNC voter fraud. Whisenant was killed last year north of Miami – in the district represented by Wasserman Schultz.
Author’s Note: There are simply too many coincidences and unanswered questions for this case not to be investigated on a higher level. PB calls for an FBI investigation.
Editor’s Note: To me it’s a slam dunk, he was murdered and the reason is his release of those emails. It is possible there are facts we don’t know, but the facts we do know support nothing else.
