Head of the Democratic National Committee Debbie Wasserman Schultz was asked TWICE was is the difference between the Democratic Party and socialism, and neither time could she give a cogent answer.
One might think she was just playing the political game of answering the question she wanted to answer instead of the one she asked, but judge for yourself below. To us is looks like she was unprepared. She should have been on friendly ground, with liberal commentator Chris Matthews and then again on Meet the Press, also heavy on liberal bias.
We at PBP have never cared much for Schultz, and normally she is not all that newsworthy, but this exposes a gaping weakness in the Democratic Party’s message if Republicans choose to pursue it. By not answering smoothly and correctly she has created an issue to be chased by journalists incessantly.
